Mesa Tactical at the movies

While we are aware of at least two big Hollywood films where Mesa Tactical products were featured, including one of the Transformers films, we are especially proud of the prominent placement if the Mesa Tactical logo in the trailer for the David Ayer film End of Watch (see photo at left).
This wasn’t an accident. What happened was the film producers were researching locations in the LAPD locker rooms, where they saw Mesa Tactical stickers festooning the walls and lockers. Many LAPD officers are Mesa Tactical customers, and of course there’s a sticker in every package of a Mesa Tactical SureShell carrier or shotgun stock. So we got a call from the filmmakers, who asked us for a supply of stickers so they could duplicate an LAPD locker room on one of their soundstages. Of course, we were happy to oblige.
We don’t know anything else about the film, except that as far as we can tell from the trailer, Jake Gyllenhaal really does look a lot like some LAPD officers we know!
