Meeting the urgent requirement for an easy way to mount weapon lights and other accessories on the Benelli M4 semi-automatic shotgun, the Truckee replacement forend provides industry standard M-LOK® mounting points on sides and bottom.
Machined from 6061 heat treated aluminum, the Truckee forend is sleek, rugged and lightweight. M-LOK slots accept Picatinny rail sections or specialized light mounts or vertical grips. The 8½ inch Truckee forend can be installed in seconds on any Benelli M4 shotgun; while the 11 inch version requires the removal of the Benelli M4 shotgun’s factory front sling loop.

Loose with the Panzer but can work
I bought this for my Panzer M4. The plastic ring cap that connects the truckee to the barrel ring is very loose. Consequently, there is an unacceptable amount of wobble when installed. I spoke to customer service. Ryan said there was a 3 piece ring, washer, and spring in the original Benelli. I put a rubber washer in it and put some duct tape around the end cap, and it tightened it up a bit. I put a bolt release bar that attaches between the truckee and the M4 receiver. This took some tapping to get it to fit, but ultimately added more rigitiy to the rail. I then put a handstop on the furthert position on the truckee, and on of the screws went in far enough to contact the barrel ring. This completely locked the rail down. In summary, I really like the rail shap and finish. It's pretty easy to install, but the one piece end cap does not have enough friction to "snap" into the barrel ring. If you don't plan to tinker with it to get it solid, then you're probably not gonna like it on a Panzer. I made it work with a little duct tape, but it really seems like the end cap should be tighter and designed with the notch on top to be a much closer fit to the barrel ring and profile.

Well designed and a solid install. Not sure that the 8.5" gives a great deal of real estate for accessories,especially with a gloved-hand, but a short rail section will be enough. Awesome product as usual from Mesa.

Truckee forend for Benelli M3
I like the longer version of this forend so I can mount flashlight more towards the end of the barrel. Easy install even though you might want to invest into the snap ring plier to remove that o ring. Just follow the directions. Good quality product

15in truckee panzer m4
Id give it 4.5 stars. Installation was pretty simple and easy. Took about 5 mins to get it fully seated correctly. Fits damn near snug on my panzer m4. Very very little wiggle/twist happens when u really try but i dont think its a major concern

Truckee Forend 15”
I love this hand guard. It looks amazing and has more than enough MLOK. The only downside is it’s a pain to install. It’s one of the best ways to make your gun 922 compliant. However, if you’re going with a magazine extension go for the 11”. It’s already hard to instal and a two piece tube makes even more complicated. If you get a 7rd tube the 15” is king.

8" Solid Fit, no wobble.
Ordered the 8" as I didn't want to remove my stock sling adapter. Install was quick and easy with the redesigned two piece rear connector. Convienant MLOK and a solid piece of equipment and huge upgrade to the standard plastic handguard. Works on turkenellis and real deal Benellis.
