Mesa Tactical manufactures a line of rugged, comfortable pistol grip stocks for the Benelli M1, Benelli M2, Benelli M4 tactical shotguns. Called the Urbino® Tactical Stock, the stock system was developed based on the specific needs of law enforcement and military professionals. The Urbino stock kit is very popular in our law enforcement market due to the shorter length of pull, allowing the user to wear body armor or bulky clothing without extending their reach.
Injection-molded in glass-filled nylon, the stocks feature a “tactical”12½ inch length of pull (LoP) for enhanced weapon control, especially with body armor; a field-adjustable cheek riser to provide improved cheek weld when used with optics; a Limbsaver® butt pad for greater shooting comfort, especially during long training or certification courses; shock-absorbing rubber grip sleeve to reduce shooter fatigue; and a variety of standard and proprietary sling mounting options.
The Urbino Tactical Stock takes many of its design cues from the Benelli factory tactical stocks. The Benelli stock is the most comfortable stock for tactical shotguns, but like all factory stocks it was too long for tactical applications. Law enforcement and military customers urgently needed a stock with a reduced LoP.
The Benelli M4 semi-automatic shotgun has been adopted by the US Army as well as the US Marines, and is rapidly appearing in American law enforcement arsenals. The Benelli M4, while a terrific shooting platform, is something of an orphan when it comes to aftermarket stocks. Law enforcement customers were very excited to learn that Mesa Tactical was not only working on a shorter stock, but that we were supporting the Benelli M4 right out of the gate.
Mesa Tactical also manufactures a wide variety of other accessories for tactical shotguns, including: various stock adapters, AR-15 style telescoping stock kits with, or without, hydraulic recoil buffers, Picatinny optical sight rails, barrel and magazine clamps for mounting flashlights, rails, slings, and additional hook and loop sling mounting hardware. All hardware included, no gunsmithing necessary to install.

Urbino Stock for Benelli M4
The shorter stock, cheek riser and recoil pad really works much better for me than the original stock. I have two Benelli M4s and installed the Urbino stocks on both guns.

Nice stock
I like the stock. It looks really good and it was fairly easy to install for someone who didn't have a clue. I wanted a Benelli collapsible stock but you can't find them anywhere October 2021 except on Gunjoker. People are wanting $1,200.00 - $1,400.00 for a $400.00 stock. I can't believe no one else makes them. Hint hint Mesa Tactical. ; )

Urbino stock for Benelli M4
This stock is SOOO much better than that which comes from Benelli. More naturally pointing, shorter length of pull that makes the gun much handier, and easy to install. Well done, Mesa!

Great With Optics
Without an optic on the gun the riser, even in its lowest position, is a bit too high. I ended up putting the original stock back on. LOP is not an issue - in fact, this one feels a bit short. I am debating whether or not to keep this for use with a RDS.

I love this stock. The oem stock was a little too long. This one is perfect and easy to install.
